San Diego
So I took a trip this past Saturday down to San Diego with my good friend Walter to visit a couple people at UCSD. Originally it was a biking trip, but things didn’t follow through so I cancelled that and decided to just drive down and see everyone.
Arriving..everyone was BUSY at the moment (Fail), but Walter and I chilled a bit and checked out the campus since I never really..looked at the school. But I soon got bored, and walked back to my car cause I wanted to dj/mix a bit. Coincidentally, I ran right into Jessica Eto, who was heading back to her dorm before meeting with me, haha. But anyway, from there everyone started showing up. Met up with Deen, sessioned a bit, then went off to see Walter’s wolf pack buddy Darren. We chilled more as I waited for my friend Shirley the lazy ass..(hehe) to shower and get ready so we could go to Phil’s BBQ. FOX News approached us and interviewed Jessica and Darren about an attempted kidnapping that happened at UCSD (THEY WERE ON TV :D! LOL). Right when that ended, we said bye to Darren and headed to Phil’s BBQ with Shirley and was joined by Lisa! I am having withdrawals because it was THAT good.
But after eating Phil’s. Lisa, Walter, Jessica, Shirley, and I waited for Stefanie Chow and David Truong to finish running errands so we can finally hang out with her. Then we relaxed the rest of the night. Watched Tangled, and just had good vibes. Oh, I can’t forget the shots, hehe =] I’ll leave that out.
This small trip was just of the many little things I needed to take my mind off things after school ended. I ended the trip with great conversation. I don’t think I’ve had such a heart to heart real talk with these friends of mine. I’m not one to even open up, but all of us had things to say, and the moral support and opinions they gave me was amazing. Hopefully..no, I WILL be back to visit again. Maybe then, the things talked about happen, and things start looking up.
